iPhone and iPad users do not need to download a separate app. Open Safari (or Chrome) on your iOS device and navigate to srimania.id. Our responsive web interface automatically adapts to your screen size. You can bookmark srimania on your home screen for one-tap access—Safari will create a web clip that launches our site as if it were a native app.

Device compatibility for srimania

Our srimania Android app requires Android 7.0 (API level 24) or later. Check Settings > About Phone > Android version to confirm. Older devices can use the web version by opening a browser and visiting srimania.id.

iOS users need iOS 12.0 or later. Open Settings > General > About to check your version. iPad users (any version) access srimania through Safari with the same responsive experience as iPhone.

Desktop users need a modern browser: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+. All browsers support full account access, live games, and transactions. Tablet users (Android or iPad) benefit from the larger screen; the interface automatically scales.

Common installation issues on srimania

"Unknown sources disabled": Android users see this if they haven't enabled app installation from unknown sources. Go to Settings > Security, toggle "Install from unknown sources" on, then try the APK again.

"Certificate not trusted": This rare message appears if your device's security settings reject the APK signature. Update your Android system to the latest version, then retry. If the issue persists, contact our support team

"Slow load times": The first session may take longer as the app downloads game assets. Subsequent sessions use the offline cache and load faster. Ensure you have at least 150 MB free storage space.

Data, permissions, and security on srimania

The srimania Android app requests permissions for notifications (to alert you of live events and withdrawals), camera (to capture your identity document during KYC verification), and file storage (to cache games offline). We never access your contacts, photos, or messages. All permissions are optional except camera, which is required only if you complete KYC in-app rather than via the web during registration.
